Same day canceling will follow as a no call no show do to inconveniencing my schedule for another client. 🔘🔺DEPOSIT FEES: $20-$30 | Fees will be deducted from services Booked (Not squeezed In) Convenience fees will apply 🔘Keep in mind that I DO NOT WORK ON or soak off other nail techs work. Please do not think because it was my set at first & you later went to someone else to fill or add to it that I will still work over it ❌ Appointment will be cancelled if this Policy is not followed. Please Book a soak properly for your appointment (ℹ️Details are in the info buttons of every service provided please read carefully) 🚨No Call/ No Shows are NOT ALLOWED. Once this is done a: 🔺Cancellation Fee is made in at least 10- 15 min. Of no arrival with no courtesy contact being confirmed, 75% of your service(s) booked will be charged to your client tab 💳 If charge is declined as violation of my Policy you will then be Banned from booking with me in the future under no explanations needed. You will be thanked for have being a client. Please be considerate about others peoples time it is so unacceptable for day of canceling or no shows. 🔺Grace period is charged $10 @ 10 min. ($10x Every 10MIN. No Deposit, No appointment. Cancellations will be made once Deposit declines, once done you will be able to complete the process again on your own. I DO NOT TAKE END OF SERVICE PAYMENTS THROUGH MY SITE ONLY DEPOSIT, LATE FEE & CANCELLATION FEE. If you need to change your card info please contact me before booking to delete your old file. Deposit Fees: Deposits are automatically taken through my site Either upon Booking or every Sunday sharp. REFUNDS ARE NOT MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING. If there is a problem on my end refunds can be made. Squeeze In fee is a non-deposit fee. Cancellation Fee/ Guideline: NO CALL/ NO SHOWS ARE NON ACCEPTABLE ! Once I do not receive a courtesy call/ msg of being late or canceling a day in advance appointment will be cancelled & a %75-%100 of your fee will be made. MY grace period is 10 min. Late (ONLY) notify me for approval of lateness first please try to be on time for appt. If a client is in front of you, your slot is still being held to be next in my chair (slots are estimated times all time may vary) by time so please be on time & schedule on a day that you are most likely free for a no rush. Appointment cancellation is to be made 1 day in advance if not made a no-show (75-100%) fee will be taken. Rescheduling: Is to be made 24-48 HRS in advance to your appointment If available. You are only aloud one reschedule with your deposit, If availability isn’t available within the opened slots your appointment will be canceled on your terms. Keep in mind deposit are to hold your slot if you pass up your slot I am not responsible to reschedule you. Last minute rescheduling (Same day) is not allowed after the reschedule time frame is up a cancellation fee will be made. ⚠️Picture Proof of accident/ incidents/ emergencies can be accepted (for business purposes only) Let’s be honest I am not your employer but I won’t be taken for a fool or have my time wasted, let anyone get over on my policy or take advantage neither. I will not be answering my business phone after hours once it is after 10pm- 10am, that is my contact close & opening times. I prefer text only. Please give me time to respond because over calling/ texting will result in blocking & appointment banning, please do not be overbearing or disrespectful it is very unacceptable. Payment methods: All payments must be made in ⚠️CASH OR ZELLE ONLY⚠️ Please come with your cash! If your Zelle does not work! Payment(s) will be due midway through your services & not after. Deposit is not taken with these payment methods either. Deposit are only taken through website. Soak offs: Soaks should be made 2-3 weeks after service ⚠️ I do not work over other Nail Techs Work at all. If You have on another Techs work please get them soaked off by the nail tech or another shop that can soak them before your booked appt w/ me. Appointment will be cancelled on spot if your techs work isn’t soaked off. If you have a new set booked & still have my work on instead of booking a fill-Over or adding a soak off service to your booked appointment you may be canceled due to time scheduling, sorry for any inconvenience but soaking is time added to your service. Gel is acceptable but please try to come with bare hands, If it is my work please book a soak off for a new set unless it is a Fill-Over (Not Fill-In) Fixes: Granted free 48 hours after set is completed ‘IF’ I didn’t secure something correctly on my part. If you have damaged or either worn down your nail on your own (to my discretion) The Fix fee will pertain to the service per every finger as in the description of the service option. Nail Lengths: All sets are Natural - 3XL. If Longer please Consult with me personally as I do not offer 4X or 5X Extendo as a service but would LOVE to! Refunds: ⚠️DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ❗️ CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING DOES NOT ADMIT TO REFUND NEITHER. Please read this carefully as you are responsible for reading these guidelines.
